With an IT background going back over 20 years, and a design background going back almost as long, I bring an extremely wide array of skills to the table, and pull them all together under one umbrella: Making sure you get the best value possible.
I wrote The Web Newbie’s Survival Guide, because I was tired of seeing so many small businesses attempt to get online, or improve their web presence, only to waste tons of money doing things they didn’t need to do, or do things in ways that didn’t really make sense. Often, I found that the professionals they were working with weren’t aware of all the issues involved, or weren’t aware of how to make sure the client new how to adequately make use of the technology.
